Wine and Dine Wednesday is all about hanging out with friends and enjoying Oreads, our exclusive in-house restaurant.  Using only the finest ingredients, our skilled culinary team crafts each appetizer, entrée, and dessert from scratch, ensuring you a dining experience not to be missed.

Scarlet Ranch is BYOB – no over-priced drinks here! Simply bring your favorites and our highly-trained bar staff will make ’em just the way you like ’em!!!  Complimentary mixers and garnishes are provided at all bars. We kindly ask that for bottles, you bring only 750ml or less.
